He\/she also has the right to have this data com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adcat\u00aded to anoth\u00ader con\u00adtroller with\u00adout hin\u00addrance by the con\u00adtroller to whom the per\u00adson\u00adal data has been made avail\u00adable, pro\u00advid\u00aded that the pro\u00adcess\u00ading is based on the con\u00adsent pur\u00adsuant to Art. 6 para\u00adgraph 1 let\u00adter a DPA or Art. 9 para\u00adgraph 2 let\u00adter a DPA or on a con\u00adtract pur\u00adsuant to Art. 6 para\u00adgraph 1 let\u00adter b DPA and that the pro\u00adcess\u00ading is car\u00adried out with the aid of auto\u00admat\u00aded pro\u00adce\u00addures, unless the pro\u00adcess\u00ading is nec\u00ades\u00adsary for the per\u00adfor\u00admance of a task car\u00adried out in the pub\u00adlic inter\u00adest or in the exer\u00adcise of offi\u00adcial author\u00adi\u00adty vest\u00aded in the controller.<\/p><p>Fur\u00adther\u00admore, when exer\u00adcis\u00ading their right to data trans\u00adfer in accor\u00addance with Art. 20 Para\u00adgraph 1 of the DS-GVO, the data sub\u00adject has the right to request that per\u00adson\u00adal data be trans\u00adferred direct\u00adly from one per\u00adson respon\u00adsi\u00adble to anoth\u00ader, inso\u00adfar as this is tech\u00adni\u00adcal\u00adly fea\u00adsi\u00adble and pro\u00advid\u00aded that this does not affect the rights and free\u00addoms of oth\u00ader persons.<\/p><p>To assert the right to data trans\u00adfer\u00adabil\u00adi\u00adty, the per\u00adson con\u00adcerned can con\u00adtact an employ\u00adee of Hotel &amp; Gasthof Dan\u00adner\u00adwirt Schwe\u00adin\u00adsteiger OHG at any&nbsp;time.<\/p><\/li><li><h4>g) Right of objection<\/h4><p>Every per\u00adson affect\u00aded by the pro\u00adcess\u00ading of per\u00adson\u00adal data has the right, grant\u00aded by the Euro\u00adpean Direc\u00adtive and Reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtion Giv\u00ader, to object at any time, for rea\u00adsons aris\u00ading from his or her par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar sit\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion, to the pro\u00adcess\u00ading of per\u00adson\u00adal data con\u00adcern\u00ading him or her that is car\u00adried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) of the DPA. This also applies to pro\u00adfil\u00ading based on these provisions.<\/p><p>Hotel &amp; Gasthof Dan\u00adner\u00adwirt Schwe\u00adin\u00adsteiger OHG no longer process\u00ades per\u00adson\u00adal data in the event of an objec\u00adtion, unless we can prove com\u00adpelling rea\u00adsons for pro\u00adcess\u00ading wor\u00adthy of pro\u00adtec\u00adtion, which out\u00adweigh the inter\u00adests, rights and free\u00addoms of the per\u00adson con\u00adcerned, or the pro\u00adcess\u00ading serves to assert, exer\u00adcise or defend legal claims.<\/p><p>If Hotel &amp; Gasthof Dan\u00adner\u00adwirt Schwe\u00adin\u00adsteiger OHG process\u00ades per\u00adson\u00adal data in order to car\u00adry out direct adver\u00adtis\u00ading, the per\u00adson con\u00adcerned has the right to object at any time to the pro\u00adcess\u00ading of per\u00adson\u00adal data for the pur\u00adpose of such adver\u00adtis\u00ading.
